Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a SAP HCM consultant to support one of our main clients in Germany.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Responsible implementation and support of application projects
Close coordination and collaboration with the other areas of IT Solutions
Advice and support for our business partners in the central and specialist areas of the AG and the companies (recording/conception/implementation of customer requirements)
User support
Application operation, updates
Troubleshooting
Participation in projects
Documentation of services and concepts
Customizing (including schemes/cycles)
Design/implementation of authorization roles
Coordinating external service providers

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

Several years of professional experience in the SAP HCM environment in comparable tasks
Completed studies in information technology or business administration or comparable training
Several years of comprehensive knowledge in SAP HCM, PA, OM
Knowledge of payroll accounting in Germany (experience in other country accounting desirable)
Knowledge of company pension schemes in Germany would be an advantage
Confident handling of HR module-specific support packages and pre/rework
Methodological knowledge and ideally certification in project management and ITIL
Good communication and presentation skills verbally and in writing in German and English
Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
Willingness to learn and openness to new application platforms (eg HCM4S4 and Success Factors)
