New opportunity for a on-site medior level 1 IT support in the industry sector.

Please note the client is looking for a part-time, on-site presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So 40% FTE.

The location is close to Mons, in Belgium, I would say roughly 20km from the French border.

About the activities:

• Staging/quick fixes of PC and mobile equipment if needed
• 1st line support for tricky problems requiring on-site presence/help
• Inventory management/IT stock management triggering if needed
• I would bet also some printer issues based on experience
• Network re-cabling, moves (configuration performed by other level of course)

Languages:

• French (as is the surrounding environment)
• IT English communication is a plus
